Where can I get older Nvidia drivers?

    the newest driver is the only one i tried after a clean install. I'll go download it again. Usually I just run the driver exe. should I not do that and instead opts to navigate to it from the device manager?

    That's up to you - I was just reminding you where they're stored if you want to compare them.

    However I do not let Nvidia services remain in msconfig>Startup or >Services because they are unneeded if you're not overclocking.

    how do i stop them from going into services? You mean just navigate to msconfig and delete them?

    Yes uncheck them in msconfig>Startup, and msconfig>Services after Hiding all MS Services.

    You'll get better performance by unchecking everything in both places except your AV. This is called a Clean Boot.
