Driver Clash Withnew Grapics Card. Please Help!

Hi

I Hope someone can help me.
My computer keeps on crashing especially when watching you tube videos And playing games.
This problem fixes itself as soon as I replace my Graphics card.
But When I put the same card that gives me problems in my friends PC then it works perfectly.
I think this is a IRQ problem, but I have no Idea ho to fix this can someone please help me. This problem is really irritating me.

Try:
Set the BIOS settings to default factory settings.
Update to latest Adobe Flash player for youtube.
If you use windows XP update it to latest directx.
Verify whether your friends PC have the same version as yours.

Thanks, but that was the first things that I did.
Luckily the problem is fixed now.
There was no fault with my drivers.
Apparently Amd has problems with their CPU's,
AMD reported this problem with a fix the motherboard manufacturers
and to fix the problem I only needed to update my bios.
