Hi!
My graphics card (Palit nVidia Geforce GT 440) keeps underclocking while playing games!

I have Thundermaster, which is a program that comes with Palit devices, and it says the Core clock of my GPU is 404Mhz, which is quite a lot less than the stock clock speed (780Mhz)

Thanks in advance!

404mhz is your 2d clock speed. You will only see the speed of 780mhz when running 3d processes. For verification, install CPUz and look at the graphics tab. On the right side there is a drop down, select the different rendering states and the clock speeds shown should correlate to your current findings.
