Windows 7: Graphics card making weird noises

Most likely the bearing has shifted causing the displacement of the fan. I would recommend to get the RMA but if you can't then you can still fix it yourself. I had an 8370X2 (I think that was the card number) a few years back that sis the same thing. Since I was taking it all apart I also cleaned out all the dust. Anyways it was just the bearing.

I'm not a fan of overclocking. I'd just like to have what I want and run it at that. No need for overclocking and risk of ruining something.

The advise to RMA is the best idea.

I never said anything about overclocking, I am not a FAN (excuse the pun) of overclocking myself.

As somebody else said, it's likely a bearing. And it's an EVGA, so they will take care of you. No worries.
