So, you are able to run your games without any freeze? Try to run some more games (some heavy ones, which uses more RAM). Like this we can check if the RAM is working fine.

It still freezes on multi tasking just not on doing anything singularly. If you gave a way to test it between the cpu or the motherboard tell me or I will just make a guess and hope I'm right.

The most common cause of computer freezes is a corrupt registry.
Most likely your registry is bloated and overstuffed with an assortment of useless pieces of data. The operating system while running your computer has to pick its way through all this excess material. There will be bits of programs which were not completely uninstalled, parts of programs which were never completely installed, fragments of miscellaneous data, useless drivers, and a multitude of other bits and pieces.
The answer is to clean your registry and remove all the material which is not needed.

Get the best registry cleaner, and completely clean your windows registry.

Often there is also spyware which is using your computer for nefarious purposes and slowing its operation.
The answer is to scan your pc with a best anti-spyware to clean spyware/trojan/virus.

Used registry mechanic and scanned it through twice with Malware bytes and still doing it. Only way I can think of ruling out software is by reinstalling the OS.

Ok, with a brand new install of Windows 7 on the computer the problem is still there. Defiantly hardware issues. I'm guessing there isn't much more anyone else can do so I am just gonna mark this thread as solved.
