The graphics slot is AGP 8X. Most graphics cards on the market now use PCI Express X16, which is not compatible.

There are AGP cards available that have Windows 7 drivers. Hre are a few:

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Video Cards & Video Devices, Desktop Graphics Cards, AGP 4X/8X, DirectX 10, DirectX 10.1, DirectX 11

However, if you can get drivers for your onboard graphics that work under Windows 7, consider staying with them. You don't need full "Aero Glass" effects to run Windows 7; it's pretty, but not essential.
