so turned off onboard graphics controller and my gpu still heats up?

i have a dedicated gpu now. so turned off my onboard graphics and its getting extremely hott why is this plz. i need this fixed

After checking the specs out of you GPU, I noticed that the minimum PSU requirment is 350 watt. IMO, that PSU just barely makes its, and looking at your system specs with all you other hardware you might be pushing the limits of the PSU.

And now looking at you case, it seems to be stock retail with only one fan. If that is the case, there lies the majority of your problem....NO air flow. Then there is the build up of dust, which will heat up your hardware. Keep the inside of your case clean and dust free.

I would recommend getting a mid-tower case that is well vented and with at least 2 case fans, either built in or buying the fans separately and installing them yourself...one for intake and the for exhaust. You could do this for less than $50.

thanks alot for the reply, i actually have the case off at all times and i dust it every day i have off from work. it just seems that the onboard gpu chip is still functioning, and getting hot like im puttin a load on it. the wierd thing is, is that it seems that if i only use the onboard gpu with turning the dedicated graphics card off, that the onboard runs cooler. i have a fan on my computer at all times also. but when i touch the heat sink of the onboard gpu its burns the heck outta my computer.
