Windows 7: urgent ati radeon HD 4670 650m 1GB DDR2 HDMI DVI VGA driver error

hi i bought some months ago my ati radeon HD 4670 card and everything was going good until today inserted more ram to my pc and the drivers failed, i can start and i get a good resolution screen but in advanced settings nothing apears in the videocard part i cant use directX and direct3D i´ve tried almost everyting reinstaled drivers used driver sweeper for the catalyst control center error etc i tired to use the CD but it wont recognize the videocard it says no XFX hardware found y cant get my drivers updated automaticaly and even manualy it still failing. i dont know what to do i´m worried because i´m a designer and i cant use my designing tools.
my pc its: HP PROLIANT ML115 AMD 64 OPERTRON
OS: windows 7 32 bit
8 GB ram
please help
