Windows 7: HELP! Black screen after loading past windows logo

Hey, I was doing some maintenance to my computer (updating drivers) and as per my routine, I used driver sweeper to remove my AMD display driver to install the latest version. After the reboot when the display driver was removed, the windows logo loads normally and after that it goes into black screen. I've since tried all the other options - safe mode, repair, last known good config and I'll go to a black screen everytime past the windows logo/load bar.



I'm at at total lost on what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ugh looks like it has something to do with my monitor just blacking out after being Not Optimum Mode for a minute, got it fixed
