Intel HD Graphics 64mb - 1696mb Dynamically allocated question

i believe you guys have read this post over and over again its just i have few questions

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 64-1696mb Dinamically Allocated

forum threads say that the intel hd graphics dynamically borrows from the memory and it will serve as the video card as a result, the graphics will increase but the system will slow down... ive experienced it,, quality is great but its pretty slow.

laptop specs:
win7 64bit home premium
intel i3
4gb ram

im full aware of the intel hd graphics options and setting it to its full capacity so lets not talk about that section

now my question is... since again it says it borrows from the memory. what if i upgrade my RAM to 8gb?
will the intel hd graphics borrow from my ram as required by the game, without slowing my system down?????? or to be more specific? will i be able to play games with its full capacity? great frame per second (fps)??

next, i dont want hopeless answers since i believe
intel is not a fraud coz it says 64-1696mb dynamically allocated.
its label would be useless if people will just say im hopeless.

4GB should be enough.. for gaming the bottleneck is not memory but GPU intel HD is budged graphics.. sandy bridge i3 has HD3000 that has more power than older gen i3 intel HD.. but still its not best for gaming. since you did not wrote your cpu architecture i dont know if its sandybridge or not.

how would i know the architecture?
do you have solutions so that ill be able to play games with good gaming speed?

please fill your system specs
what is your processor number i3-xxxx (number is in place of xxxx?)

for gaming
if its a desktop buy PCIE graphics card
if its laptop there is not much you can do.

for both you can try to clean bloatware if there is any, dont forget to update graphics driver, and do other things to increase general performance.. but you can not go over the limits of your GPU.
its a fact that inegrated intel graphics is still not best for gaming. new intel is good for some casual gaming but not new hardware hungry ones.

i trust you since it says you're a seven pro. well somehow will it be a LITTLE better if i increase my ram to 8gb?

yes it may be a little better. it depends on usage.. if you dont use all your memory now then adding more wont do much. for most casual works and even gaming 4GB is more than enough.. usually you need more for heavy soft and VM.
ofcourse memory is cheap you can try to increase it but.. that will not get you better GPU that is the most important thing in gaming.. amount of graphics memory is important ofcourse but its not the most important thing.
for example:
Geforce GT 550ti with only 1GB memory is a LOTS faster than GeForce GT520 with 2GB of memory (two times more memory, but slower).
