Help With Dual Screen / Monitor

I have made a ticket about kinda the same problem but now I got a HDMI cable so I can plug that into my Graphics card, I use 1 graph card to the main and the other one to the HDMI cabled monitor and only my main screen works, on the other one it says: HDMI CABLE NOT CONNECTED. And yes my cards have SLI and all. So no problem with that.

If its helped here is my graph card i got two off: XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5
And this is the the monitor I got two off: BenQ 24" LCD G2420HD

Both monitors have to be plugged into the same card if you have sli enabled.

Yes, as I stated in reply #3 on your last thread - Problems with Dual Monitors

Is there any particular reason you have started a new thread?

So just to clarify, you plugged both screens into the top graphics card and have had a look in the display settings and its not showing 2 screens in there? (regardless of whether they are both working or not)

You mention one of the cables is HDMI, is the other a DVI cable?

Ideally it would be good if you could try it out using 2x DVI cables if you have them? I am not sure why the HDMI is having trouble. But that's the next thing I would try myself.

His cards have 1 dvi, 1 hdmi, and 2 mini display ports.
It should have come with an hdmi to dvi adaptor though, as my brothers card came with one.
