how to use both ssd and hhd drives in conjunction

i have both ssd and hdd drives, my ssd is a kingston hyper-x 120 gb,and i have 2.o tb hhd,and a 3.0 tb hhd , here's the problem my 120 gb ssd keep running out of room or space, how do i keep the super fast speed of my ssd 120 gb running just the windows 7 ultimate 64 bit os, and utilize the 2.0 and 3.0 tb's drives for storage like movies,music, games ect. i keep hearing the term ahci, but no one explains it's capabilities, please help me with this someone, also my mobo is a asus p8p67 deluxe 3.0
