As best as I can find, Dell has no listing of Windows 7 32 bit drivers, they only have 64 bit drivers. Perhaps if you could contact them, they could provide you one. Is there a reason you switched to 32 bit from 64 bit?

Yes it is. 32 bit can use up to a max of 3.5GB (roughly). Of course adding ram is rather cheap lately if your board can take it.

I can't guarantee anything, but I would think that going back to 64 bit where Dell offers drivers or finding 32 bit drivers would solve the problem. And many Windows Keys will activate for 32 bit or 64 bit.

    Hi tasea10,

    Welcome,

I can see that you are facing issues with video card driver after installing the Windows 7 32 bit Operating System on your computer. I do understand your concern.

I have checked the system specifications and I would like to update that there are drivers available only for Windows 7 64 bit and Vista 64 bit Operating System. The drivers for Windows 7 32 bit are not available on the Dell support website.

You may follow the link mentioned below that shows the Windows 7 64 bit and Vista 64 bit Operating System drivers for your system. The link is as follows:

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

    Glad to Help.

    Thanks & Regards,
