Windows 7: Can't install ATI 5650 drivers PLEASE HELP

The thing is i have a notebook and switchable graphics.
One is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200.
Other one is ATI Mobility Raden HD 5650.

When i use auto detect and install it only installs the latest drivers for the 4200 one. The 5650 one have drivers from 2010 while 4200 have the newest. If i manually try to download and install the CCC for the 5650 one after the installation everything gets screwed and resets back to 2010 year drivers.
I have no idea how to do it i re-installed the windows twice and still the same problem. It doesn't matter in which order i install drivers it still resets to 2010 year drivers.
Someone told me to download mobility drivers for 5650 and then go to device manager and click on update driver and select manually update. Then to download just mobility drivers for 5650 and pick that one in the list. Can someone give me the download for the latest mobility drivers for 5650 without catalyst controll center and other addons, just the clean drivers ??? or any other version above 2010 year one THX A LOT.
