One higher priced gpu or 2 lower priced cards on sli ?

So I'm looking into ordering this from scan in the morning

It is going to be my first build and for £533 for their no-brainer offer,but it doesn't come with a gpu,and iv'e got £150 left in my budget for it.So as title says ,1 gt660TI or 2 gt640's and out ov those what model would you suggest?Please help I'm a little lost I fully understand every other componant but graphics cards are a bit ov a puzzle with different makes,different specs but it's called the same card ie gtx660ti.Help

Single-parameter benchmarks are dubious, but see:

Look like a 660 ti would be better than two GT 640 cards in SLI.

I'm not sure whether anyone manfactures GT 640 cards with SLI connectors. nVidia lists a configuration that supports SLI, but my favorite US web dealer,, doesn't sell any. The GT 640 models made by eVGA clearly don't do SLI.

Is there any place that you can get a 660 ti for £150? Looks more like a £250+ card. (Doesn't help that it's a brand new model.)

Cheers guys its the 560ti not the 660ti im looking at sorry guys my bad .Im afraid ive got no choice over the psu as its a bundle deal
