GTX 460 stagering in BF3! help/advice!

    fine fine jeez,i will get later.....after ive gotten a new casing,bigger HD and as EVERYONE is saying,more ram :) I just returned the game anyways,asked the guy who sold it to me,said he can take it back at the same price i bought it Off to amazing spiderman now!

    That was the obvious solution that you were reluctant to take but instead blame your video card. If you could buy a game for $50 I don't see a reason why you can't upgrade to 8GB of memory.

    As I already stated, Windows 7 alone uses 2GB of memory. I don't see how you could play other games when you barely meet the requirement to run your operating system.

    ok bought BF3 again..premium this time. And got Gskill 4GB ram. Everything working fine. It was the ram.....yes everyone was right! Congrats

    Why 4GB? 8GB cost only $10 more and you get double the RAM.

    the shop near my place didnt have 4GBx2,only had 2GB modules and my motherboard has only 2 slots so 2x2GB=4GB

    It wasnt that i didnt believe you guys,it was just that at the time i couldnt confirm what you guys were suggesting. Now i have,hence posted :)
    Plus my beliefs were not misplaced either,i used to play BF3 on a 5670 1GB/128bit which is a low end GPU before and it worked perfectly fine but had a problem with nvidea GPU and even a GTX 460 1GB SC one at that. I guess its true that BF3 prefers AMD GPU's.
