Low FPS on all but one of my games regardless of settings

DV7-7063EA
Nvidia geforce 630M using 306.02 beta driver because I was hoping to solve this issue which has existed since I bought this laptop.

I'm incredibly upset with this card right now. I purchased a few games and installed them on this laptop. Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs and Battlefield 3 being the most recent. However regardless of my settings all of my games are running at 40 fps and below. Even if I turn down all my settings to the bare minimum (both on my control panel and in game) on Skyrim for example I only get 25 average with constant drops to 15 and below.

Even MAPLESTORY refuses to go above 40fps with minimum settings.

The only game that I can get to run locked at 60 fps is League of Legends. Surprisingly this can be run at max using my global settings and will never drop at all.

This'll be my last try to fix this crap before I return it.

Proccesor? Ram? In order for us to determine the problem you should fill out your system specs. It at the bottom of everyone's posts.

It looks like these are the system specs by the model number of the computer.

I did include my model number, although I guess I could've made it a little more obvious. System specs filled out although some is missing since not all the info is listed.

Having 630m is like using Windows 7 Basic edition coz 630 is a low-end gpu in the GeForce 600 series and 630 is a starter. 630m wont be able to play majority of the new titles at good frames but few older titles or games which are CPU intensive will run fine or platformer games like Rayman Origins or Blade Kitten etc. will run ok. Unfortunetely you'll have to stick with it when your keeping the Laptop.
