Windows 7: HD3450 to HD6450

HD3450 to HD6450

Is it worth spending £30 to upgrade from a 3450 to a 6450 ?

I only have a 350watt PSU, no spare power connector, and not bothered about latest games, so don't need an expensive graphics card.

I have a few issues with 1080 video in VLC, and a lot of programs use the GPU for hardware acceleration and I feel the crappy 3450 is holding things back.

Due to power supply issues, not wanting to spend a fortune and no need for latest games I have narrowed my choice to the 6450.

Worth the £30? Will I see an improvement?
