I am not getting a VGA-VGA cable

No, My VGA cable is not like this. Its both ends are blue.

My recommended resolution (1366x768) is not coming so i am using 1280x768, but i am getting bad images.

My VGA cable looks like this:

My graphics memory is 256 MB
