Help me crossfire an AMD Radeon 6550 HD

Hi guys. Since I don't know *** of desktops and video cards I've come to ask a couple of questions:

My friend managed to buy this motherboard:

with this processor (AMD A8-3870K)

The processor comes with an integrated card: 6550 HD.

My friend is asking me which is the best possibility to crossfire that card.

I've read here:
http://www.<< spam >>/graphic-cards/231161-crossfire-a8-3870k-w-radeon-6550d-intergated-graphics.html

That it can be crossfired with 6670, HD 6570, and HD 6450.

Or this one:

Furthermore, GDDR3 VS GDDR5, is there a notable difference with these cards?

Which PSU wattage you recommend me?

Please note that he usually plays MMORPG games such as Guild Wars 2, and anything else he finds interesting.

Thanks a lot for the help
