Processor: CORE I7 3.5G 8MB SR0 920492 (i7-3770k quad core)
OS: GFC-02050 Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit OEM
Motherboard: ASUS SKT.1155 INTEL Z77 ATX
Power Supply: Cooler Master Extreme 725W

And with this video card

It will be just fine. The only limitation is the size of your case, as it is a fairly long card.
