Once again what monitor is reported in device mngr? pnp or your BenQ. When you change resolution your system blanks out and refreshes at the newer resoputioon I don't think it is refreshing properly at the resolution you want thus a driver needs to be installed for your monitor. Which I can't find one and you won't tell me what device mngr is reporting as your monitor.Do you have another monitor you could test on your system to see if you get the same result.? Thus illiminating your monitor as the problem. You need to staart a process of illimination, monitor graphics driver, bios, chipset drivers. You just can't keep saying it is blurred I know it is blurred, but what have you tried to change that? I found this posting you might awant to read http://social.answers.microsoft.com/...8-e95e098a274b
