Video freezes up when hooked up through HDMI
I hope this is the right place to post this. I hook my laptop to my Vizio through HDMI to watch movies. After about 12 minutes the video and sound freeze up. I'm using windows media player by the way. Now, I recently reformatted my laptop. Before I did I never had any problems with playing videos through HDMI. If I just watch them on the laptop they play just fine. I have no idea why this happening. Once I unplug the HDMI my laptop is all laggy. It takes minutes for any response. Does anyone know why this is happening? If so please help.
Thank you very much.
