I tried on mine, you should be able to get a DVI-I to HDMI converter on the cheap, and it should work.
Mine has a HDMI plug luckily.

I would like to connect hdmi monitor or TV since it is available can this graphic card do that ?

Thing is I have those two monitors connected but want third device no mater it is tv or monitor with hdmi

So my question to be precise can this card make 3 monitors to work or 2monitors and TV all that simultaneously:

    Thanks for the quick reply

Well you say not too power hungry, was gaming:

The HD 6770 was about 90degC (90% fan speed), CPU was about 60degC and the cheapo 750W PSU blew (22A on the 12V rail)
Thankfully it only killed itself, nothing else. Running temporarily on another for now.

Maybe get a named PSU this time.....
On the positive, got a new 120mm fan for my case haha
