When you set your screen to the TV does your PC display go black right away? And can you play FIFA on your regular display?

It's because you have it set to extend desktop. You need to go side click desktop, go to AMD control center and set it so that the TV is your primary and only display. I'm not on a computer with AMD on it atm, so you'll have to figure it out yourself. Also, you can do this with Window's built in utility.

I think you may need to run that game in "Windowed Mode".
