xfx nforce 750i sli getting too hot

hi there, I have noticed that my freezing problems are due to the mobo getting very hot.. I don't know what they are callled, but the parts getting hot are the parts you can see in the pic, the squares (black with green)... what s that called again? sorry!

I have tried several fan configurations but nothing, computer is more stable when the cover is off...
..but I can't leave the cover off!

There must be something wrong because I get this temp with the computer doing almost nothing... I mean almost iddle...I have 2 120mm fans , one in the from (intaking) and the other in the back (exhausting).. I also tried blowing with the fan facing the hot parts but nothing....still gets hot and freeze,,

I use 6gb of memory 3x2gb sticks and a ati radeon 4500 graphic card which shows which shows 53 C on iddle ... (HW monitor cpuid)

Thanks for you support and sorry for my english and rush...

Hey friend! read my thread, any similarity with my problem. I also use this MOBO. It is not heat, I think but some BIOS settings.

Remove the heatpipe, clean it and reapply artic silver, i did this to an old ABIT KN9SLI and it still runs strong after 7 years.
