    The Multimedia audio controller driver didn't do anything... the Multimedia Controller and the Multimedia Video Controller in the Other Devices tab still have those exclamation marks next to them.

    Download and save the Driver on to the desktop, it’s handier to find it there, double click on the file folder, and when the window opens, right click on the file, and click Properties, you will see
    Compatibility Mode. Then install the Driver by selecting Vista

    I ran it in compatibility mode but it still didn't work. Everything is the same...

    Ok go back to Device manager, and update driver from there, this time choose
    Browse my computer for driver software. Browse / and then choose the Desktop.

    It says that it didn't find any drivers.
    Anyway, those 2 things in Other Devices are my old, uninstalled TV Tuner (which I don't plan to use)...

    Ok try this, just type in Dxdiag into the Start / Start search and programs, and click on Dxdiag,

    It should tell you if you are having any issues with display / sound, I hope this helps

    No... There are no problems whatsoever... It seems that my system is working fine...
