Windows 7: Monitor do not get signals from my new PC.

I see you've tested everything else - but have you tested the monitor on a known-good machine?, or a different monitor on this machine??

I did hook the monitor up to my laptop and it works fine. And i tried with another DVI cable from the monitor to my new PC but still had the problem, so the monitor is not the problem.

Found out that one of the pins in mobo where you put the CPU was bent..
and i wont get a new one from the shop cuse they say its "physical" damage
dont see how i could have done it tho. as cautious i am with every component :/

You could try to use an "Engineers Pencil" or "Mechanical Pencil" to straighten the pins. Take the lead out and gently bend the bent pins.

hmm well i don't have the tools for it nor do i know how to do it. But first im gonna try to get a new one from them on the guarantee, and im for sure not gonna take no for a answer.

Can you show us a close up picture of it. Just to have a look at.

Have read some, LGA 1155 now start having some cases of socket burn.
