I did hook the monitor up to my laptop and it works fine. And i tried with another DVI cable from the monitor to my new PC but still had the problem, so the monitor is not the problem.

Found out that one of the pins in mobo where you put the CPU was bent..
and i wont get a new one from the shop cuse they say its "physical" damage
dont see how i could have done it tho. as cautious i am with every component :/

You could try to use an "Engineers Pencil" or "Mechanical Pencil" to straighten the pins. Take the lead out and gently bend the bent pins.
