Anyone with video size problems with GeForce xx00GTS?

I've posted a couple times regarding videos always opening in a tiny window in Windows 7 x64 (from the initial beta's to the RTM I'm running right now). If I enlarge it at all, the picture looks terrible, and no one has been able to diagnose what the problem is. It doesn't matter what video it is, either, or format, as XP opens every one of them tested in a nice sized Window and it looks great. Perhaps XP upscales a lot better than Windows 7? If so, why?

So, I did some searching and found several of the same cases, all unresolved, but it seemed that most of them had 86/9600 GTS cards. It could be coincidence, but I wanted to throw this possibility out there in this forum to see what we could possibly drum up as for reasoning behind this.

I am running the latest 190.62 drivers from NVIDIA as well.

Yep. Dell driver installed and recognized. The screen resolution isn't a problem. Everything looks/works awesome at the native 1920x1200 resolution, except for video.

Now, when I open a 1080p video, it does display across pretty much the whole screen at the correct resolution. So, I'm leaning more toward the fact that it simply doesn't scale smaller videos well to the last remembered window size of WMP and instead just opens them in a tiny native resolution (whereas XP always opens it in the last size window and upscales it for you).
