    At 1280x1024:

GTA 4: 20fps (caused by the CPU), if you turn OFF shadows maybe 25-30 fps. GTA IV needs a quad-core CPU to run decently (or a strong dual core CPU, like an Intel Core i3 or a Core 2 Duo Extreme)

    Dirt 3: 30fps
Need For Speed The Run: 20-30fps
Most Wanted 2012: similar at The Run.

1GB or 2GB are the same thing if you play at low resolution. 2GB of Graphics RAM are good if you play at 1600x1200 resolution or higher.

The HD 5670 isn't a gaming card. Probably you should be able to run all these games, but at low settings to get playable framerates.

If you want to play games at medium-high settings with good framerates, you should go for a mid-range graphics card (better with GDDR5 memory). I suggest you the GTS 450, which I'm using in my second pc with a Core 2 Duo CPU (dual core). With them, i play games at 1600x900 @medium-high settings at good framerates.

You can find the GTS 450 at a very cheap price, depending of the manufacter choice. For example, a PNY GTS 450 costs 140€ here in italy because of the 5-years warranty included, but an eVGA GTS 450 costs 80€. Some versions cost about 55-60€ (ZOTAC for example, with GDDR3 RAM instead of GDDR5 one).

So my suggestion is the GTS 450. If you like ATI cards, go for a Radeon HD 66xx series or for a HD 76xx series minimum, because an HD 6570 will be a waste of money for what do you want to do... at my advice.
