hi,

first, please can you tell me what is your budget and what resolution do you use on your screen... we start from here to choose a new adeguate graphics card.
What brand do you prefer? ATI or Nvidia?

And please can you tell me your CPU name and model? (dual core CPU could refer to Intel Pentium D CPUs, Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs,...)

The Gefore 660Ti would handle those perfectly. It's definitely the best card to get for under $300 but the HD7850 will also be nice alternative.

A GTX 660 Ti will be bottlenecked by a pentium dual core.

Go for a mid-range card like the GTS 450
