GeForce GTS 450 overclock issue

hi,

today i flashed a modded BIOS in my PNY GTS 450, which overclocks it and unlocks fan speed.
The GPU standard clocks are:

- GPU: 783 MHz
- Memory: 902 MHz
- Shader: 1566 MHz

Now i get:

- GPU: 900 MHz
- Memory: 950 MHz
- Shader: 1800 MHz
- Voltage: 1.625V
and it is stable. But I'm unable to go higher...

Overclocking the card with original bios I reached:

- GPU clock: 1005 MHz
- Memory clock: 1000 MHz
- Shader clock: 2010 MHz
- Voltage: 1.150V
and it was stable (GTA IV and Skyrim tested for hours).

why i'm experiencing this issue?
