As long as it is a good quality one, yes. Wouldn't chance it on some of the no-name low quality PSU's though.

Yes, it only requires a 500-watt power supply with 2 x 6-pin power connectors.

As mentioned, 650W Power supply doesnt say much.

A good quality one, such as Seasonic, Antec Corsair ...
YES. No issue.
In fact, The higher end PSUs such as Corsair AX 650 and Seasonic X 650s will run 2 of them in SLI without issue.

A offbrand 650 may not truly be 650. That 650W lablemay be refering to its peak, MAX power in which it can may not be able to sustain for any length of time.
Or, it has the wattage, but will fail to deliver the amperage needed for the GPu and rest of the system combined. Those type of PSU may or may not have a issue running a single card such as the 670.

Its hard to really say without knowing what unit we are talking about.

Having said that, generally speaking, a decent 650W should not have a problem.

nVidia GEforce GTX 660 (no Ti) power usage
So, my old ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics card died, and I got a new one (listed in title). It works fine, but at random times, the computer will just instantly shut down, then start up a few seconds later. I've read that this is a problem for other users, but I really don't know what to do. Power...

PSU mains power usage
I have had a good look around for how much power my PSU's are using and have got some quite weird answers. One in particular said that the mains power usage / current draw is around half of what the PSU puts out. Now using that logic my latest - Corsair HX 1050 rated a bit below that figure it...

Power Supply Size Question. (and on USB 2 or 3 usage)
Hello, a. Is a 300 watt power supply sufficiently large for a desktop pc ? PC would have a single 1 TB hd, and lots of USB ports usage. No gaming, but lots of videos. Or, would 400 watts be a lot "safer" ? b. USB 3 usage very prevalent these days, or USB 2 still most popular and used ?
