Hello

Will this gpu support on my system :

Pentium Dual Core Processor
DDR2 RAM 2GB
Pci_e x16 2.0
MSI Motherboard
But note my ram is ddr2 and gpu is DDR3' so will it support on my system :thumbup::thumbup:

Yes it will. What is on a video card has zero relation to what is on the motherboard.

Yes and make sure you got the right power supply. Should have at least a decent 400w power supply with 12+ volt rail with a rating of 18amps or greater.
