Windows 7: Major FPS issues now for no reason.

Major FPS Issues Now For No Reason. (Please Help)

The one game i play is league of legends, i normally get 75 fps on max setting with no spikes at all, ( Windows vista) Now that i upgraded to windows 7 im getting 20 fps on low settings and is unplay able could anyone please help me.

Start with updating your driver,

AMD Catalyst

looks of that screen shot you're running the default Windows driver.
