Possible GPU or MoBo problem?

    YouTube is finicky but should have offered to reformat it for you.

    Here is a free video transcoder to change the format. a bit slow but it works. HandBrake

    Well now I totally gave up on posting the stinky video !!!!!
    In the end, the result is the same = the HD 5450 is not for gaming, so as the 9600 cause it has the same results...
    I'm not going to mark this tread as solved, because one day i will buy a new GPU and then post back, without starting a new conversation and going from the beginning again

    Hey petko mate I had a HD 5450 and had no end of probs with the CCC especially have gone NVidia Ge Force GTX 650 and mate - no comparison the graphics are just exquisitely good and for a few dollars more well as I said no contest in my book.

    What does CCC stand for? I suppose that my CPU is the bottleneck of my system :P

    It's the Catalyst control Center that come with AMD/ATI drivers.

    Again, i failed to update the video driver for my card... :P
    same results as i posted in this thread ATI Radeon HD 5450 Driver problem!

    Hi there,
    Just to troubleshoot. Try disabling windows Aero theme and just use a basic theme and see if problem still occurs.

    After the display driver installation(CCC 12.10), I can't open it up (i mean on the CCC not the driver) ... this message always comes up!

    See, I mentioned CCC was buggy. Try uninstall it and and just use the driver or roll back to an older one.
