Don't put much emphasis on windows WEI. It's a very lame benchmark although we all brag about our, lol. Your AMD card is just weak in what it takes to run Aero and disabling it won't change the WEI.

Well, today I noticed that the display is TOTALLY messed up!!!! I have no idea what is the problem, but when i was on YouTube listening to music (Queen!), the letters just faded out!, then i minimized the browser (Maxthon 3) and the desktop appears normal...

After restarting the browser the problem was solved, but I would really like to know why that happened, and will it happen again.

I've never seen that kind of issues with letters fading like that. Try different browser to see if it happens with them too. I only use IE9 myself so I can't test.
It may have been a passing glitch with your connection too.

This happened to me earlier, but with Maxthon 3 as well. If i remember good, it was the same case : listening to a playlist on YT.
When i Googled the problem, there were now similar issues, so I went over it and forgot...
