If it doesn't have those connectors, you can buy an adaptor like this. They work fine IF the PSU is a quality one.

The SeaSonic M12II 620 is a nice PSU if its within budget.

    Hi guys.
I am planning to upgrade my graphics card and buy a Nvidia GTX 650. On their site I saw it needs a 400W power supply. I currently have a 450W power supply. Do I need to change the PSU or will it suffice for the new card?
    Thanks in advance.
    geforce 9500GT TDP is 50W
geforce GTX650 (not ti) TDP is ~65W

so its around same power consumption.
You dont need to change power supply if one you have now works.

ofcourse if you have spare money go overboard and buy 500-600W psu :)
but in reality your pc on load will consume around 300W thats it..
Good 400W psu will work. I have GTX650 factory OC and it worked with 400W medium quality psu no problem.

Hi petko131. Thanks for the reply. That PSU is not available here. I will be going with Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK. This one does have the 6-pin connectors, I hope?

Yes, that PSU has the needed connectors for your card. Although it has 80% efficiency i bet it's good for your needs, and the card will run with no problem :)
here are the detailed specs of the Corsair, that you will be buying,
