Good graphics cards that can be used with a 500w psu

I currently have an xfx he radeon 6850 1gb and want to upgrade but I don't want to get a new psu and aren't sure what good graphics cards there are that I can use with my psu I'm looking to spend around 150-200 I might be able to spend more if it will be a big upgrade so if anyone knows any good cards that can be used with a 500w please tell me.

If you wanted to go green (nVidia), your PSU is adequate for a GTX 670. (It's marginal for a 680.)

Looks like a bit of a tossup:

    AnandTech - Bench - GPU12

The MSI Twin Frozr is one of the more expensive versions of the 7870 (at least in terms of list price). Can you get a 7870 without the funky cooler for less?

The cheapest 7870 is £175 and the cheapest 660 is £160 so might as well pay the little bit extra to get better cooling.

I'm running two MSI 5770 Hawks in Crossfire and the coolers are very effective and strongly advised. MSI has a top notch GPU card and can also overclock well.......IMHO.
