Reflective ghost image of white windows on screen.

Hey guys, so I was able to fix the d3d problem I was having early it was the drivers of course.

However,I have encountered a new problem, and I am not able to know what the reason might me.

As you can see windows which are white will create a reflection/smudge sort of ghost image on the screen which is also affected in screenshots, so that would rule out the monitor being faulty.

Now there's a couple of different new things..
My new GPU which is a sapphire HD7770
The way that my monitor connects to the GPU which is a VGA cable going into a VGA to DVD-I adapater.
And the AMD drivers which is the version 12.11 -beta-

    What could be the culprit?
    Thank you for your patience.

Could you provide something more clear of what you are getting at? Looking at the screens I see everything looking normal.
The first screenshot I think you are talking about the clarity/fade of the text for the Google Search.
The second screenshot I see nothing wrong at all.

You will need to move around different angles to see what I am able to see. And no, I am not talking about the text whatsoever, look at the browsers gray background, do you see that lighter gray block the same size as the automatic search results extend over to the right?
It's as if the white is casting a light beam only to the right.
