Standard VGA Graphics Adapter reports "tv_ConfigMgrErr14"

After uninstalling the Standard VGA Adapter and manually erasing any remnants of old graphic drivers by using Driver Fusion, I attempted to reinstall the standard NVIDIA driver as recommended by DriverAgent. After downloading and attempting to install, I received a message from NVIDIA that my system was 32 not 64 bit (wrong), and installation was discontinued at that point. A VGA Driver was automatically re-installed at the next boot-up. Yet the Standard VGA driver (not the GeForce driver) still shows a configuration problem in "Manage" and I have been unsuccessful in reinstalling a new driver for it.

I otherwise have no visual problems with my monitors.
The Event Viewer does not seem to list any problems with a recent Chkdsk.
I have attached the logs which note the error.

Could it be something else or a hardware failure?

    hi,

I really suggest you to uninstall DriverAgent. These software which search drivers for your system are really bad.
Remove any type of driver and manually download the Nvidia driver from Nvidia site. Also try different versions of drivers.
Run the driver setup program as administrator.

    NVIDIA Driver Installation Failure

Thanks for the comment about identifying drivers. I went to the NVIDIA website and downloaded their scanned recommendation. I did not delete the "old" NVIDIA drivers first (using Driver Fusion) because the manufacturer says it does that automatically and I suspected that this installation might fail again. But I will if you recommend doing it now. Anyway, I did try to install, as an administrator, the updated driver and received the attached failure message about half way through the procedure.

Should I manually delete all graphic drivers before reinstalling a new one?
Are there two drivers? One for the Standard VGA and one for the GeForce 9500?
How do I identify a driver for the Standard VGA when NVIDIA apparently does not even recognize it?
Multiple versions of drivers were not shown, so how can I identify other drivers that might work?
