Well............ with an integrated graphics card its kind of hard to squeeze much out of it. You could try shutting off as many processes as you can....... keep the graphics level at the lowest settings, make sure all your drivers are up to date.... But with the "card" you have, just not much I can tell you. More memory wouldn't hurt either.

Buy a PCI-e graphic card, if possible. If that is a laptop, buy a new laptop with a decent graphic card.

If you cannot, decrease the game/screen resolution.

I am assuming this is a laptop since you have an i3 M 370. More info could be useful like the HP Laptop model. I would also suggest upgrading the RAM as your integrated graphics is using it as well. I wouldn't recommend Readyboost, I would just go with better RAM

    HP laptop gaming

I am also gaming on a HP laptop at the moment. The others posted some good advice.
As previously mentioned Upping your RAM is the biggest gain you can make.
    Other things to try are;
Updating the catalyst Control software to update the video drivers.
Then work your way carefully through processes in the task manager and using msconfig to free up as much RAM memory as possible.
There is a good article on how to do this here and a lot more also at
    (Clean Up Factory Bloatware)
Clear as much space on your hard drive using disk cleanup as is practical and defrag using disk defragmenter
Back up your hard drive (always good advice) and consider removing the recovery partition
Keep your laptop cool ensure the fan(s) is clean and has good airflow perhaps use a laptop cooling stand

As the games you want to play are Online
Connect using Ethernet rather than wireless.<vital>
If your laptop has a Cardslot a network card will offload a small amount of memory and processor burden to the card.(the gain is small compared to improving RAM however, but is cheaper than a better laptop) an USB Sound Card does the same for sound and they are cheep example 4Euro (http://lb.hardwareversand.de/5.1/331...effekt.article)
Ensure any Security or AntiVirus software you are running have a gaming mode and it is enabled.
Gatekeeper AV comes with a micro server dongle that lets it take very little memory
Optimise your internet connection speed there are good articles out there on how to do this.
My PresarioCQ56 just about lets me play MWO MechWarriorOnline with some chance of victory.
That is about it general purpose laptops are not designed for gaming
