WIN 7 Graphics Freeze/Lockup...but NO BSOD

Brand new build of Windows 7 computer...OS installed last week.

The screen is locking up on me....1-2 times a day requiring a hard rest. Since this does not produce a BSOD there is no log I can check for errors (that I know of)

I have done all the traditional troubleshooting I can find on google....usually focusing on video card driver issues.

I have removed the drivers in safe mode and used driversweeper to remove any entries.
Run memtest for a few hours with no errors...
Run furmark and have my GPU's up to 93 degrees Celsius for an hour or so (seemed hot to me, but Nvidia says these cards are rated to 105 degrees)
done driver verify ect ect

Kinda at a loss now

The symptoms are complete screen freeze up...and no response from keyboard or mouse....and never returns (I have waited 20 minutes max)

Today a strange thing happened were it froze up and there was no response...but my pen could move the cursor (for 2 minutes) but not click on anything. And a status bar pop up appeared.

So not 100% frozen but 99.5%
I posted a video on youtube of this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8s2OpaqXmU

I have never had an issue like this before.
This is a fresh install of Win 7, with a brand new 1200 watt PSU

I have also attached the Windows 7 forums files from that nifty little program
Thanks for your help

Have you attempted to remove the extra peripherals such as your pen device?
From your video, you state that it seems that the monitor doesn't catch up. How about audio? Try playing some music in the background and perform some normal tasks until you encounter the "freeze" again.

Also what case model and fans are you using? Seems like cooling may be an issue as well. Even though 90C is acceptable, no cards should ever run that high under normal operation especially for long periods of time. Try installing either Nvidia Precision or CCC depending on your GPU.

Can you give us more specs on your system as well?

HAve you installed the MS Hotfix KB2575077?

Failing that you could try and disable the pagefile.

Freezes, by nature, are often caused by HW problems. Else would get a BSOD.

There are exceptions, such as the race condition addressed by the Hotfix.
