I did the scan for which Driver to download and the website said
"NVIDIA Products Not Found
We could not find any NVIDIA products within your system. Please try again or use the manual search."

Have you tried the Dell website I listed earlier?

I did this and I got three things

R293649.exe
R248560.exe

have any ideas what these are?

It just reads as Standard VGA Graphics Adapter

The webpage shout have had a description for what version of the drivers they are.
can you post that information. If they are for the same graphics card then download the one that was published latest.

Well when i put in my Service tag they gave me "System Analysis Results" and "All related drivers for your product"

Go to Device Manager > Display Adapters > Properties > Details > Hardware Ids. Post the details here.

Once i click on display adapters, it just shows the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
