    How about using this tool to see what exactly your graphics card is ?

    System Info - See Your System Specs

    The webpage shout have had a description for what version of the drivers they are.
    can you post that information. If they are for the same graphics card then download the one that was published latest.

    Well when i put in my Service tag they gave me "System Analysis Results" and "All related drivers for your product"

    Go to Device Manager > Display Adapters > Properties > Details > Hardware Ids. Post the details here.

    Once i click on display adapters, it just shows the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter

    Well I ended up looking through the dell support site:
    http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/...alienware-m15x
    Click under video, then download: n-vidia driver, GeForce GT 240M
      My Computer
