Looking at the nVidia site, you have the latest
drivers for you GFX card. I can suggest that you open Device Manager, expand 'Display Adaptors' and right-click your GFX card and select 'Uninstall' and checking the 'Delete software after uninstall' box.
Next, try running the
driver setup again. If that fails, in device manager, click the 'Scan for hardware changes' icon & let Windows Update take care of the drivers.

After uninstalling you GFX device your screen colour & resolution may go a bit funky, that's normal & nothing to be concerned about
