Hi XDlap, welcome to the forums.

You can go to www.nvidia.com, select your region and click Download Drivers. Under Option 2: Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products, click the Graphics Drivers button & this will detect your current card & drivers then give you a link to the latest drivers.

Hope this helps

Looking at the nVidia site, you have the latest drivers for you GFX card. I can suggest that you open Device Manager, expand 'Display Adaptors' and right-click your GFX card and select 'Uninstall' and checking the 'Delete software after uninstall' box.

Next, try running the driver setup again. If that fails, in device manager, click the 'Scan for hardware changes' icon & let Windows Update take care of the drivers.

Note   Note
After uninstalling you GFX device your screen colour & resolution may go a bit funky, that's normal & nothing to be concerned about
