what is gpu clock and memory clock?
i have a new graphics card installed and it has options to change the clock and stuff...
could you tell me what each one does and stiff about it thanks!

Got to say your system spec is quite funny to read, not sure where to start or say but higher numbers = faster, but if you increase the base clock and mem clock, you get to a point where you need to increase the voltage to sustain a stable gpu, and in turn higher voltage = more heat and depending on voltage shorten the life of the gpu.
Other then that I'm not quite sure how you explain it.
Think of it as CPU and RAM that takes care of graphics because that's exactly what it is. GPU clock speed = CPU clock speed, and Memory frequency = system RAM frequency. Pretty basic analogy, but it works. You also have to be just as careful overclocking your GPU's speeds as you are overclocking your CPU/RAM speeds. You can have serious instability in no time if you don't know what you are doing.
i dont know what i am doing haha :) if i set the things too high my games do crash so im trying to find out what my computer can take :) and why is it funny?
PSU you wrote 3.3v, cooling you wrote some awesome blue led, I find that a bit funny. And the reason why your games crash is because you give your gpu to little voltage for the base & mem clock speeds you have, so you either have to increase the voltage or lower your base & mem clock speeds
The overclocking capability of any component depends on the component itself. Some are extremely overclockable, others can be moderately overclocked, and others just can't be overclocked at all.
With that said, most components can be overclocked to some degree or other (although it does depend on whether your system (BIOS and individual Drivers) give you overclocking access).
Assuming that you are able to overclock, you need to take it slowly and methodically, remembering to test at every stage watching for any sign of system instability (in which case, you have gone too far and need to back off the settings to the previous stable ones).
thanks guys ^^ and ill change my psu thingy, and i has another question, on my old graphics card radeon 3400 i could import avi files from games i have just recorded and load them into power director and they played fine. but ever since i put my new card in it takes ages to render? i thought it would be the other way round right? i haven't changed anything els :'/

Over clocking is what your doing with your gpu, you set cpu/ram/gpu settings higher then factory, if you under clock you would set the settings lower then factory settings, for example your gpu runs at 100 base clock, if you over clock you put it at 120, and if you would under clock it you set it at 80.
Most times you overclock your computer to get some extra power out of it due to your computer no longer can play your current games or what not, so instead of buying new hardware you try to overclock it so that your games or whatnot hopefully runs a bit better. Others overclock just because its possible
