Problems installing 2 extra monitors to my laptop.

Can some enlighten me on how to get this done. I have an HDMI and a VGA out on my laptop, or I can do a VGA out on laptop, and an additrional VGA out on it in a docking station plus I can do DVI from dock to HDMI on one of the monitors. I felll like I'm about there, but am missing something.
    Thanks,
    Bill

How many have you got connected and working so far ?

A laptop may not be able to handle any more than 1 external monitor, do you have a manual ?

One works from the laptop. I need to figure out how to get the second one working. I read where a laptop will only handle one additional monitor. But there is a USB connector I can by and hook one up thought a USb to VGA for the third monitor. Are you fimilialir with that setup.
    Thanks for your help.

The limiting factor is going to be the video drivers -- in terms of how many displays they can handle. Multiple video jacks give you alternatives, not necessarily parallel connections.

I know that some AMD drivers support something they call Eyefinity.

You would need to find out the make and model video chipset on your laptop, what version driver you're using -- and what that driver supports in terms of multiple desktops.
