Windows 7: Intel Hd Graphics Driver Seems To Cause Computer To Crash And Loop

I have been having the worst day of my life. I restarted my computer today and got a BSOD and then a boot manager error for system32.

I decided to just format because it was time for one anyways. So after the clean install was complete and the windows updates where installing. I had to restart. When i did tho i got a driver error and loop on the boot up.

it just looped and looped. so i was able to get into system restore before the install of the updates through the repair/fix for windows 7. and everything is fine.

so i did a test and when i install any driver for the intel hd graphics, either from the the acer site or intel site...even windows update. it prevent my computer from booting fully up and just loops

sorry if i am kind of back and forth with explaining this, i have just been sitting here for the past 12 hours trying to get it to work with no prevail.

any ideas would be great
