I don't know what Optimus is, but here's some nVIDIA cards, some may use external power though, I didn't check.

alright this was weird..... i play COD Black Ops and MW2 and they both lag pretty bad on the GPU. but i ply BFBC2 and i can play that on 1080p max settings. no AA, shadows, AF, and no lag!? those are the only games so far... hmmmmm. i had to edit a few things in CCC, and also set the color to 32bit. any ideas y the COD games suck and give uneven frame rate?

Well I think a PC PSU may work better but just a guess. I don't game so I don't know why one would lag and another won't unless they are more GPU intensive.

BFBC2 is 4X more GPU intensive then COD. so im thinking its the directx versions. my eGPU is D11 and BFBC2 is D11
and im getting 60fps or so on 1080

    MW2is D9 and im getting 10-30FPS on 1080 external

my internal GPU is D10.1 and i get 60FPS on MW2 on 1366x768. btw changing the resolutions dont help at all.
