Intel HD Graphics not showing up ?

So I just customized my brightness and after I applied the settings ,
the screen was too bright and I want it to customize it again but when
I open the intel HD graphics settings , its not showing up ,
I tried restarting my PC but still , its not showing up .
Any solutions to my problem ?
